Coconut-Crusted Caramelized Banana
1 banana, sliced in half length-wise and then quartered
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons raw coconut butter
3 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut
1 pinch of sea salt
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet and add banana slices.
- Let cook until slightly brown then add shredded coconut on the slices.
- Let brown on all sides.
- Remove from skillet, add dollop of coconut butter and pinch of salt, then serve warm!
