best tastes of 2011

January 2, 2012

Lots happens in a year.  I can't help but share with you my favorite recipes within the span of the last 365 days.  What a tasty year it's been and while I'm a little sad to bid 2011 adieu, I'm thrilled about all the things to come in the new year.
  1. Chovocado Pudding
  2. Sweet Potato Fries
  3. Vanilla Buttercake with Fresh Strawberry Buttercream Frosting
  4. Peanut Butter Buckeyes
  5. Vegan Chocolate Chai Cupcakes with Vanilla Chai Buttercream
  6. Blueberry Nutella Brownies
  7. Falafel Spinach Salad
  8. Lemon Blueberry Cupcakes with Lemon Buttercream Frosting
  9. Braided Challah
  10. Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting
Cheers to the New Year!  So far, 2012 is tasting really good.

Dearest Jess,

What a great blog! Do you know that for commenting on your own blog, you are MISSING out on linking to others and for ranking higher on the Search Engines?
It doesn't do anything for you to post a reply comment on your own blog. That's like stuffing your mailbox with your own business cards. That leads to no LINK... It is also rather tedious for having to go back to all blogs where you left a previous comment... So that will in most cases not happen.
Just read my post about this blogger tip: http://bit.ly/yx1CzC
You deserve in my opinion a lot more interaction and thus followers. Go for it!
Love to you and a Happy 2012!

Mariette

PS Just click on Mariette's Back to Basics as that is the URL directly to my blog! No time waste and effective, as also shown in my tip post above...

@Lindsay @ Pinch of Yum THANKS! That's seriously a wonderful compliment. :)

Jen @ pretty plate NEVER too early! At least that's what I tell myself when I eat olives at breakfast... or cookies. It happens. ;)
