Snow day lovin'

It's such a nice way to wake up knowing you'll be cuddled inside all day long. The neighborhood is blanketed in snow and everyone is cooped up inside with nowhere to go.  A celebratory breakfast was obviously in order.

To celebrate my snow day, I began my morning by making a new breakfast.  Okay, so maybe pancakes aren't anything new.  But this particular brand is new!  Bisquick has a gluten-free pancake and baking mix and I must say, it's pretty darn good!  Soft, fluffy and cake-like.  

I'm planning on a handful of kitchen play, another handful of reading and a sprinkle of work.  It's going to be a good day!
