Strawberry Froyo
1 c sliced strawberries
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c water
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 c plain yogurt
In a sauce pan, add the water, vanilla, sugar and strawberries and boil for 10-12 minutes. The mixture will reduce and thicken a bit. After they're done, place in the refrigerator to allow it to cool. Once cool, "liquify" using a blender or food processor. Add in yogurt and process until smooth. Freeze mixture for about two hours. Serve with sprinkles! (And, since it's Easter season, I threw in some special bunny-shaped fruit snacks...and a cherry on top just for giggles.)
Be warned. This could be messy for a little do-it-yourself-er.
