LOL!! I have a large collection of nut butters! They rock!
There's not a nut butter out there I don't consider a friend :)
Since one of my kids has a severe peanut allergy I'm always on the lookout for a great peanut butter substitute (to help with my cravings!). The only one that I've found that we love is Wowbutter (http://www.soybutter.com/).
We've tried sunflower butter (I can't bring myself to slather on a grey butter) and various soy butters but this one tastes the most like PB to us and has the same texture too. :) I've even made Chocolate "Peanut" Butter Bars and people assumed it had peanut butter in it. Divine!
Thanks for the add on FoodBuzz!!
Wowbutter!? I'm on the lookout now. I have to have some! :) Thanks for the recommendation Laurie!
