Yes, this is the official treat of the summer. S'mores pops.
I know. I'm aware it's not technically summer yet, this is just in preparation of the glorious season.
They're cute, they're portable, they're not messy. And who doesn't love something on a stick? Everything is better on a stick!
S'mores Pops
chocolate chips (I used milk)
lollipop sticks
mini-marshmallows
graham crackers
- Set oven to broil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place graham crackers on lined baking sheet and top each with as many marshmallows as you're able to fit. Broil until marshmallows are browned.
- Place a graham cracker on top of each to make a sandwich. Add a lollipop stick to the middle of each marshmallow sandwich. Let chill in the refrigerator until set.
- Once hardened, dip each into melted chocolate and roll in graham cracker crumbs. Place on wax paper and return to refrigerator. Serve and enjoy!
