Anyone hate Brussels sprouts as a kid? Pretty sure everyone did, aside from me who ate anything as a child. If you think you still don't like these sprouts, think again. Especially when they're oven-roasted with sweet apples and caramelized in a maple-glaze. Holy moly, mother of maple-roasted-goodness.
Alongside the sprouts are perfectly ripe apples and the finishing touch? A hefty topping of dried cranberries and pistachios.
